Risk Management

Every company is exposed to risks that threaten the achievement of its goals. Risk is defined as the probability of an event occurring that will negatively impact the achievement of established goals. Risk can occur at all levels of the organization.

 

CLP-B Sp. z o.o. in the area of the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015-10 standard, the Testing Center in the area of the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02 standard, the Inspection Body in the area of the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 standard and the CLP-B Labtest Proficiency Testing Center in the area of the PN-EN ISO 17034:2017-03 standard identify, analyze and monitor risks and take advantage of emerging opportunities.

 

Risk and opportunity management is a process implemented by both company management and employees, incorporated into the operating strategy, and applicable to the entire organization.
