We conduct rare earth element content testing across various sample matrices. We determine the following: scandium, yttrium, lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, promethium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium, and lutetium.
Due to the broad industrial applications of rare earth elements, there is a growing need to identify new deposits or recover these elements from waste materials.
We have tested, among others, coal samples and fly ash from coal-fired power plants for rare earth metal concentrations using ICP-OES and ETAAS techniques.
