In addition to conducting proficiency testing rounds, the CLP-B LABTEST Proficiency Testing Center also organizes interlaboratory comparisons (ILC) tailored to the individual needs of the Participant.
We invite laboratories to cooperate with us if they wish to demonstrate their proficiency in the analyses and measurements they perform, as part of monitoring the validity of their results, for which proficiency testing (PT) programs are not available.
Using our experience, we offer you our services in organizing ILCs for a number of different matrices and studies:
Organizing an ILC for any parameter and matrix covered by the AB 300 Testing Center (CB) accreditation. In this case, the scope of the service includes developing the necessary documentation, preparing and providing test objects, and preparing and authorizing the ILC report. Most often, your laboratory and the CLP-B CB will participate in the comparison. However, we always strive to recruit other participants.
We organize ILCs for parameters and matrices not covered by the AB 300 accreditation scope. In such cases, we will seek out reputable and competent laboratories to participate in the comparison, or we can use your suggestions in this regard. The scope of the service includes preparing the necessary documentation, preparing and providing test objects, and preparing and authorizing the ILC report.
We can assist you in processing the results of your own comparisons. Based on the results provided to us, we provide statistical analysis and prepare and authorize the ILC report.
