Information clause
In accordance with Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27 2016 (OJ.EU.L.2016.119.1 of 2016.05.04), hereinafter referred to as the Regulation, please note that:

3. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes necessary to perform a service to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation.
4. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the service, and after that time for the period and to the extent required by law or to secure any claims.
5. You have the right to access your data, the right to rectify it, delete it, limit its processing and the right to transfer your data.
6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation.
7. Providing your personal data is a condition for the provision of the service. You are required to provide it, and failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to provide the service referred to in the quotation request.
