During recruitment, we process personal data as required by applicable law or provided voluntarily by the candidate.

 

What is the purpose and basis for processing your personal data?

Your personal data is processed for recruitment purposes. Data specified in the Labor Code is processed based on legal obligations (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c, GDPR) and is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Additional data (e.g., interests, image) provided in your application is processed based on your consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a, GDPR).

 

Who may receive your data?

Your data may be shared with entities providing technical and IT support for the recruitment process, as well as other entities as required by law.

 

Is your data transferred outside the EU?

No, your personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

 

What rights apply to the processing of your personal data?

You have the right to access your data, obtain a copy, rectify it, delete the data you consented to, and restrict its processing. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email address provided above.

How long will your personal data be processed?

Your data will be processed for the duration of the recruitment process or, in the case of consent to participate in future recruitment processes, until it is withdrawn, but for no longer than three years. The documentation of the candidate who is hired will be added to the personal file.

 

Is providing data mandatory?

Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment process. We will not be able to process your application documents if you do not include the data required by the Labor Code.

 

Will your data be processed automatically or profiled?

Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be subject to profiling.
