Aneta Kocela – Jagiełko
Vice President of the Management Board for Technical Affairs
Scope of management:
Oversees all technical activities of the Company, particularly in the areas of: testing, production of reference materials, organization of proficiency testing, and environmental protection.
A graduate of the University of Silesia in Katowice with a degree in Chemistry, she completed the Silesian Environmental Doctoral School in Katowice with a degree in Environmental Engineering, and completed postgraduate studies in Underground Mining at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.
Additionally, she pursued postgraduate studies in human resources management and completed numerous specialized courses in laboratory operations and quality management systems, including ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17043, ISO 17034, and ISO 9001.
She began her professional career in 2004 at Centralne Laboratorium Pomiarowo-Badawcze Sp. z o.o., progressing through numerous positions, from purely technical, such as junior laboratory technician, to laboratory technician, to senior laboratory technician, and continuing on to positions as vice team leader, team leader, technical director, and operations director. Her extensive knowledge of the company’s operations, implemented management systems, and competitive landscape supports her leadership in technical and strategic areas.
