We also provide year-round support from a Radiological Protection Inspector in the following areas:
- fulfilling the duties of a radiation protection inspector in plants, in accordance with Article 72 of the Act of 29 November 2000 - Atomic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2012, item 264, as amended)
- maintenance of sealed radioactive sources
- conducting arrangements with external entities regarding the operation of sealed radioactive sources (replacement, installation, transfer of radioactive waste) on behalf of the Ordering Party in the scope of compliance with the provisions of the Atomic Law
- taking an active part in inspections by the nuclear regulatory inspector and supervising the implementation of recommendations, orders or prohibitions issued as a result of the inspection
- maintaining documentation in the scope of:
- leak testing of sealed radioactive sources
- measurements of ionizing radiation dose rate
- preparing an annual inventory of sealed radioactive sources as of December 31
- preparation of applications to amend permits issued by the President of the National Atomic Energy Agency
