> Gas and dust emissions, AMS system testing

Strict environmental regulations require businesses to conduct measurements and tests of air protection systems.

The CLP-B Sp. z o.o. laboratory offers accredited measurements of air pollutant emissions from stationary sources, indicator measurements, acceptance measurements, and dust collector efficiency (bag filters, cyclones, electrostatic precipitators), as well as calibration (QAL2 procedure) and control (AST procedure) tests of continuous emission monitoring systems (AMS).

Our laboratory uses reference methods for emission and AMS system testing, in accordance with applicable legal regulations, i.e. according to the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 30 October 2014 on requirements for conducting emission measurements and measurements of the amount of water taken (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1542), including in particular:

  • gravimetric method of measuring total dust concentrations and emissions (according to PN-EN 13284-1:2018-02 or PN-Z-04030-7:1994)
  • NDIR method for testing CO concentrations (according to PN-EN 15058:2006 / PN-ISO 10396:2001), SO₂ and CO₂ ( according to PN-ISO 10396:2001)
  • chemiluminescent method of measuring NOX concentrations (according to PN-EN 14792:2006 / PN-ISO 10396:2001)
  • paramagnetic method of measuring oxygen concentrations (according to PN-EN 14789:2006 / PN-ISO 10396:2001)
  • method in accordance with the PN-EN 13211:2006 standard for measuring mercury Hg concentrations and emissions
  • method compliant with the PN-EN 14385:2005 standard for measuring concentrations and emissions of heavy metals (As, Cd, Cr, Co, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb, Sb, Tl, V)
  • method compliant with the PN-EN 1911:2011 standard for measuring HCl concentrations and emissions

Accredited services covered by AB 300 are available in the Management Systems tab.

All measurements are performed using independent, on-site equipment operated by qualified personnel. We have many years of experience with sources, installations, and devices with various technical parameters, sizes, applications, and range of pollutants emitted.

We ensure the high quality of our tests by using top-of-the-line measurement equipment calibrated and certified by accredited calibration laboratories. This equipment, along with additional accessories, allows us to conduct reliable tests even in difficult weather conditions and at low ambient temperatures.
